This Privacy Policy explains how Omega UI LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the SI Compra application.
1. Information We Collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and the role you select (gatherer, stand admin, regional manager, or broker). While you use the app we may collect: harvest logs you record (dates, pounds, prices, hours worked); GPS coordinates you voluntarily attach to harvest logs, field posts, and crop reports; photos you upload to the community feed or crop reports; permit documents you choose to store in the Permit Assistant; messages you send through in-app messaging; and stand ratings and reviews you submit.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the platform: displaying live prices, showing field posts and crop reports to the community, calculating your harvest statistics, sending price alerts you have subscribed to, verifying transactions at stands, and providing the Permit Assistant. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Location Data
GPS location is only collected when you explicitly tap a location-tagging button (for example, "Tag Harvest Location"). Location data attached to community field posts is visible to other users of the platform. Location data attached to your private harvest logs is visible only to you and stand administrators who verify your logs. You may use the app without sharing any location data.
4. Photos & Community Content
Photos and text you post to the community feed, crop reports, and Hall of Records are visible to other registered users of the platform. Do not post content you wish to keep private. You may delete your own posts at any time.
5. Payments
Daily season pass payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Cash App). We do not collect, store, or process your card numbers or bank details. Payment records we keep are limited to your email, the plan purchased, the amount, and the payment status.
6. Data Sharing
Your data is shared only as needed to operate the platform: stand administrators see transactions at their stand; regional managers see stand data in their region; brokers see platform-wide analytics. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not share your permit documents with anyone — they are stored for your personal record-keeping only.
7. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and associated data (harvest logs, field posts, subscriptions, permit records, favorites, and alerts) at any time from the Profile page inside the app, or by submitting a deletion request online at syncloudconnect.info. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
8. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls that restrict who can view each type of record. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
9. Children
SI Compra is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use of SI Compra after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
